How long does it take to ship my order?
If all the items are in stock when you placed your order typically it takes 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.
Who do you use to ship orders?
Our shipping partner is Royal Mail and all items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service to ensure your order gets to you quickly and safely.
Do you ship same day?
We aim to ship all orders received before 4pm Mon-Fri (excludes holidays) the same day however this may not always be possible and some orders will be dispatched the next day.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, as soon as your order is ready for dispatch a tracking number will automatically be sent to you via email, you can then track your parcel here – https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Can I collect my order in person?
Collection is available for members of the Glasgow RC Model Club, this is typically on Sundays (late March to early October, 10am – 4pm) and Wednesday evenings (6:30pm to 9pm).

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! orders over £75 qualify for free shipping, our shipping is the same as the paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24 service but for free, once you have added more than £75 to your shopping cart the free shipping option will appear and should be selected by default.
Do you provide any cheaper shipping options?
No! we do not offer any cheaper options for shipping, the cost difference vs risk of items going missing vs delivery speed is not worth it in our opinion, all items are sent Royal Mail Tracked 24, orders over £75 qualify for free shipping, see above.
Stock
What does the stock availability mean?
Our site always shows live stock amounts, everything showing in stock is ready to ship usually same day depending on when the order is placed. Items shown as Backorder are typically available within 3-4 business days, this is not guaranteed we will contact you if there is a delay. Out of stock items cannot be ordered until new stock arrives in our warehouse.
