Automatically Organize Your Downloaded, TV Shows

Ed. note: We’ve shown you how to automatically download your favorite TV shows before, but even if you’ve got your downloads automated perfectly, there’s still a little matter of organization. Productive Geek forum member ejf071189 details how he automates his TV-download organization.
I used to use uTorrent’s RSS feature to automatically download shows via this guide (see "How do I use the RSS feed in my client ?"). This allowed me to automatically have shows downloaded into appropriate folders, which are monitored by XMBC which scrapes thetvdb.com to add the shows to its own library. While XBMC was able to identify episode information with the naming system the torrents used, I preferred to have the episodes better organized using TVRename. Every so often I would run TVRename and scan my library for files that had to be renamed and rename them. Read more…
ReactorFeed Creates Custom RSS Feeds for Downloading Torrents Remotely

Ever stumbled onto a torrent on-the-go and wished you could start the download on your home computer? ReactorFeed allows you to create a custom RSS feed and add items from popular torrent sites that your home BitTorrent client can automatically start downloading.
We’ve featured ways to download torrents remotely before, such as with Dropbox—unfortunately, that method requires that you actually download the file to sync it via Dropbox. That’s fairly simple, but if you’re on a computer where you can’t install Dropbox, copying and pasting is simpler. By creating a custom RSS feed in ReactorFeed and having your torrent client monitor it at home, you can begin torrent downloads instantly just by adding a torrent’s link to your feed. Because it’s all done on the web with simple copying and pasting, you can add torrents from anywhere—your work computer, a friend’s computer, or even your smartphone. You can even make your feed public, if you so choose, so your friends with similar tastes can check out what you’re downloading, or run multiple feeds to share with different people or keep certain ones private. Not a bad tool for getting your BitTorrent fix when you’re away from your computer.

Bowers & Wilkins 800 Series Speakers Look Great and Sound… Expensive Speakers
Just because I could never afford this high-end 800 Series Diamond speaker from Bowers & Wilkins doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy looking at it, and giggling at the phrase "diamond dome tweeter."
The seven new speaker sets are all pricey, so we may as well talk about the flagship 800 Diamond, which is apparently the latest generation of the speakers used at Abbey Road Studios. That doesn’t necessarily tell you anything about how they sound, but for $24,000 per pair you should expect a good conversation starter or two thrown in. The bass is "significantly improved," thanks to a new voice coil and bass realignment, and the entire range of new Diamond Series products are outfitted with diamond tweeter technology. Read more…
EV Mini Sport Is Powered By Electricity

Japan’s Tajima Motor Corp has unveiled its latest electric vehicle, the EV Mini Sport. It might look like a mini Formula One car, but its top speed of 43 miles per hour ensures that you won’t be winning any races with it anytime soon. Of course, this car was designed mainly for city use, and with that in mind, it should do rather well, not to mention that its small size should allow you to fit it into those tight parking spots. The EV Mini Sport will be going on sale this month in Japan for 2,079,000 yen ($23,018, without a battery).
